Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 31 days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation over peak periods (eg: Holiday's, Long Weekends etc.)
- A minimum of 14 days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation over non-peak periods.
- A cancellation / amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frames or a 'No Show' may result in a 'Cancellation Fee' charged equivalent to one night's tariff.
- Any 'Cancellation Fee' charged will be refunded if room(s) are re-let under similar terms and conditions of the original reservation.
- We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak periods. A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may require payment for the full stay.
